Arrivals compress, departures compress harder
Guests trickle in over an hour and then leave inside ten minutes. That asymmetry drives every decision we make on an event. Inbound, we can stage vehicles across a window and hold a rolling cadence at the pickup point. Outbound, everyone stands up at the same moment, which is why we position vehicles before the program ends rather than dispatching them when it does — a coach that starts moving after the applause arrives twenty minutes into a queue that has already gone sour. For large programs we build a staggered release: named groups to named vehicles at posted times, so the load zone clears in waves instead of becoming a scrum.
