One road down the peninsula and a timetable that does not negotiate — Tiburon is the Marin town where a boat sets the pickup time.
Why Tiburon chooses Irydn
Tiburon occupies a peninsula reached by a single road, Tiburon Boulevard, which leaves US-101 and runs southeast to the water and stops. There is no second way down and no second way back. At the end of it sits the Tiburon ferry terminal, with sailings to San Francisco and, separately, to Angel Island State Park. Put those two facts together and you get the thing that makes Tiburon different from every other town we serve: the departure time is published by somebody else, and it will not wait while your party finds its shoes. Traffic in most places is an inconvenience you absorb. Here it is a missed boat and, on an Angel Island day, a missed boat is the day.
Irydn covers Tiburon and the 94920 area from its Petaluma base, running US-101 south daily, in mid-size and large luxury SUVs, a luxury Sprinter van with captain's chairs, a fourteen-seat Sprinter passenger van, and a twenty-four-seat luxury bus. Those five classes are the whole fleet. We operate under California PUC charter-party permit TCP 0039081A with commercial insurance and background-checked chauffeurs, dispatch runs 24/7 on (415) 237-0073, and flight tracking comes standard on every airport booking. We do not keep a Tiburon garage — what we keep is the habit of building a Tiburon pickup backward from a sailing rather than forward from a mileage estimate.
Our FleetLuxury SUVs to 24-Passenger Buses
From a Mid-Size Luxury SUV for a solo SFO run to a Luxury Bus carrying 24 for a wedding block or a corporate offsite, Irydn matches every Tiburon trip to the right vehicle — each one late-model, commercially insured, and driven by a background-checked professional chauffeur under California PUC permit TCP 0039081A.

Fast Facts
Typical drive time from Tiburon
Estimates reflect off-peak conditions via US-101 at Tiburon Boulevard. Bay Area bridge and commute traffic may extend transit time; flight-tracked pickups adjust automatically.
Local pickup coverage
We plan each Tiburon ride around the actual pickup address, not just the city name. For airport transportation, dispatch usually builds around US-101 at Tiburon Boulevard and an off-peak run to San Francisco International (SFO) of about 35–52 minutes. Add gate codes, hotel entrances, winery appointment times, or venue notes when booking so your chauffeur can arrive at the right door the first time.

Why Choose Us
The published ferry departure is the fixed point. We work back from it, with margin to walk the last stretch and no reason to stand about.
Tiburon Boulevard is the only road in and out, so an early curb time is a discipline here rather than a courtesy.
We ask which boat back you intend to be on and meet it. There is no fallback route off the island if you miss it.
An agreed pickup point downtown, a chauffeur in position when you walk out, and a rate fixed when you reserved.
OAK is 40–58 and STS 58–72. Flight tracking is standard and every transfer is flat-rate, quoted before you book.
California PUC permit TCP 0039081A, commercial insurance, background-checked chauffeurs. Ask any operator for their TCP number.

Tiburon Boulevard carries everything. Residents, visitors, delivery vans, the school run, and every car heading for the ferry all share the same stretch of pavement between US-101 and downtown, and when it slows there is no parallel street to slip onto. Most of the year it moves perfectly well. The exceptions are predictable rather than random: a fine Sunday afternoon when the peninsula empties out at once, a summer weekend when the water draws people down, and the ordinary weekday commute at either end. We plan around the exceptions instead of the average, which in practice means a Tiburon pickup is set earlier than the distance suggests and your chauffeur is in position before the booked time rather than at it. It is a small discipline and it is the whole reason a schedule holds here. On the way out we take the same road, so we watch it in both directions before quoting you a departure.
Ferry service from the Tiburon terminal runs to a published schedule set by the operators, and both the San Francisco and Angel Island services concentrate their sailings rather than running continuously all day — weekday service is shaped around commuting, and some sailings are seasonal. Always check the current timetable for your date before you book us; we will plan to whatever it says, but we cannot make a sailing exist. What we do is work backward from the departure you have chosen: enough margin to walk the last stretch to the terminal without hurrying, and not so much that your party is standing on the dock for half an hour wondering why they left so early. If a group is coming from more than one address on the peninsula, we sequence the stops so the whole party is aboard together rather than one couple sprinting for the gangway.
Angel Island State Park is reached by boat and by nothing else, which means the trip has two fixed points rather than one. Getting out is straightforward. The part people underestimate is the last sailing back, because there is no fallback — no bridge, no road, no rideshare, and a party that misses it is stranded on an island in the bay with a chauffeur waiting pointlessly on the mainland. So we set the outbound curb time in Tiburon with more margin than a normal transfer, we ask which return sailing you intend to be on, and we are at the terminal when it lands rather than being summoned once you are already ashore. If your plans on the island change, the return time is the thing to tell us about. Everything else on an Angel Island day is flexible; that is not.
Downtown Tiburon is small, and the stretch known as Ark Row — the old converted houseboats now holding shops and restaurants — is a good part of why people come here for dinner rather than just for a boat. It is also a downtown with limited parking and a single road feeding it, which is a combination that rewards not driving. For an evening, we agree the pickup point when you book: a restaurant door on Main Street, a corner off the water, or the terminal end of Tiburon Boulevard for anyone arriving by ferry. Your chauffeur is there when you walk out rather than being called for. If the night has several parts to it, hourly as-directed service keeps the same vehicle and the same chauffeur with you between them, which is the structure that stops an evening from becoming three separate bookings with a wait in each gap.
SFO is roughly 35–52 minutes off-peak from Tiburon, and it takes the bulk of what we run here. OAK is 40–58, and Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County sits 58–72 minutes north for guests connecting toward the vineyards. Those are off-peak numbers and Tiburon Boulevard is the first few minutes of every one of them, so an early departure gets a genuinely conservative pickup time rather than an optimistic one — there is no alternative route to switch to if the peninsula is slow. Flight tracking is standard, so a delayed inbound moves your pickup automatically instead of costing a no-show, and the vehicle meets you at arrivals rather than at a rideshare pen a walk away. Every airport transfer is flat-rate and quoted before you book, with tolls, fuel, and standard wait time already inside the number.
A tasting day starting in Tiburon is a straightforward proposition once the party is off the peninsula: US-101 north reaches Petaluma and the Sonoma Valley, and the Napa Valley opens east from there. The variable is the front end, so we load in one stop rather than three and set a curb time that gets you onto the freeway before Tiburon Boulevard fills. Vehicle choice follows the group: up to four ride the mid-size luxury SUV, six the large luxury SUV with luggage room, and up to eleven the luxury Sprinter van with captain's chairs, which is what most Tiburon tasting groups end up in. Fourteen take the Sprinter passenger van and twenty-four the luxury bus. Transfers are flat-rate. Tasting days and as-directed hours are hourly with a daily minimum, and winery tasting fees are paid directly to the estates, never marked up through us.
Tiburon is the one town we serve where the schedule is usually set by somebody else. What follows is how we build the curb time for each kind of departure, and what fixes it.
| What you are catching | What fixes the time | Where we collect you | Margin we build in |
|---|---|---|---|
| A San Francisco ferry | The operator's published sailing time | Your address, or a downtown point within a short walk of the terminal | Enough to walk the last stretch unhurried; not enough to stand on the dock |
| The Angel Island ferry | The outbound sailing, and the last one back | Your address, delivered to the terminal end of Tiburon Boulevard | More than an ordinary transfer — a missed boat costs the whole day |
| A flight from SFO or OAK | The airline, plus southbound US-101 | Your address on the peninsula | Generous, because Tiburon Boulevard has no alternative route |
| Dinner on Ark Row | Your table reservation | The restaurant door, agreed when you book | Set against the single road in rather than the mileage |
| A wine-country day north | Your first winery appointment | One loading stop, not three | Built around getting off the peninsula before it fills |
| The return leg home | You, not a timetable | Wherever the evening finishes | None required — this is the one trip no boat governs |

One schedule, one point of contact, one invoice.
Get a Quote for Weddings, Events & Group TransportationBy the hour, with your chauffeur and vehicle waiting between stops.
The right structure any time you have more than two stops: a multi-stop Tiburon business day, a tasting itinerary, a wedding-day schedule, or an evening out. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you rather than being dispatched away and re-booked, so a meeting running twenty minutes long does not turn into a wait for a car. Billed hourly with a daily minimum, quoted upfront — no surge multipliers, in whichever vehicle class fits your party.

A single leg, quoted flat-rate before you book: a hotel run into San Francisco, dinner in Healdsburg, a Golden 1 Center event in Sacramento, or one of the long connector trips other operators decline — Sacramento to Napa through the Carneros gap, San Francisco to the northern Sonoma appellations. Tolls, fuel, and standard wait time are already in the number, and it does not change because traffic did.

From every Tiburon address to SFO, OAK, SMF, and STS — and every Southern Marin destination in between — we deliver chauffeured transport built on a licensed fleet, career chauffeurs, and flat-rate quotes given before you book.
Irydn operates under California PUC permit TCP 0039081A — a credential you can look up on the CPUC carrier register before you book. Commercially insured, with every vehicle and chauffeur covered for passenger transport. Ask any Tiburon operator for their TCP number; the ones who can't produce it aren't licensed to carry you.
A mid-size luxury SUV for couples and solo executives, a large luxury SUV when there's real luggage, an executive Sprinter with captain's chairs for tasting days, a Sprinter passenger van for full teams, and a luxury bus for wedding blocks and offsites. One company, one call — no subcontracting the vehicle you actually booked.
Career chauffeurs, not rideshare drivers. Every one is background-checked, licensed, and trained in hospitality and Tiburon routes — which winery gates take an extra ten minutes, which hotel entrance the vehicle actually fits. The standard is identical no matter which Irydn vehicle pulls up.
Airport and point-to-point transfers are flat-rate and quoted before you book — tolls, fuel, and standard wait time included. No surge, no meter, no bridge-traffic surcharge. Wine tours are hourly with a daily minimum, because a tasting day isn't a transfer and a fixed price would either shortchange the day or pad the quote.
Every SFO, OAK, SMF, and STS pickup is flight-tracked in real time, so your chauffeur is curbside whether you land early, late, or diverted. Dispatch answers the phone around the clock at (415) 237-0073 — dawn departures, red-eye arrivals, and overnight runs included.
Smoke-free, late-model, commercially insured vehicles backed by corporate account management, consolidated billing, and the discretion executive and group clients expect. One invoice, one point of contact, every ride documented.
Tiburon is a peninsula with one road in and one road out, and its ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island run to a published timetable — which makes it the one Marin town where the pickup time is set by a boat rather than by traffic.
Step-by-step
A six-step walkthrough of the booking flow, from entering your Tiburon pickup address to confirming a flat-rate quote with live flight tracking — or building a wine-country itinerary instead.
Start at /reservation/ and enter the full Tiburon address — residential, corporate campus, hotel, inn, or winery. Gated-property access codes and specific entrance notes can be added to the booking notes. We pick up regularly near the Tiburon ferry terminal, Ark Row, Angel Island State Park.
Northern California is a multi-airport market, so pick the airport that actually fits your itinerary. From Tiburon the usual choice is San Francisco International (SFO), typically about 35–52 minutes off-peak via US-101 at Tiburon Boulevard. Building a tasting day instead? Enter your first winery and we'll route the rest.
Pick the vehicle that fits the group: a mid-size luxury SUV (up to 4), a large luxury SUV (up to 6), an executive Sprinter van with captain's chairs (up to 11), a Sprinter passenger van (up to 14), or a luxury bus (up to 24). Every vehicle is late-model, commercially insured, and operated by a background-checked professional chauffeur under California PUC permit TCP 0039081A.
Curbside airport pickup is standard and included in your flat-rate Tiburon quote. Meet & Greet inside baggage claim with a name placard and luggage assistance is an optional add-on — worth it for long-haul arrivals into SFO or OAK. Wine tours can include cooler storage and glassware on request.
Your Tiburon rate is quoted upfront — flat-rate and all-inclusive for transfers, hourly with a daily minimum for tours. No surge, no metered fares, no hidden fees. Tolls, fuel, and standard wait time are built in.
Complete your Tiburon booking online in minutes or call our 24/7 dispatch line. You'll get an instant email confirmation with trip details, and your chauffeur's contact info the day of the trip. Real-time flight tracking is standard on every airport booking — pickup auto-adjusts for early arrivals and delays.
